About the Role:

As our SEO Specialist, you will unleash your expertise and lead the way in SEO success. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Website Auditor: Analyze and audit websites to identify opportunities for SEO improvements and optimize performance.
  • Content & Meta Tag Optimizer: Optimize website content, meta tags, and existing materials to improve search rankings and user engagement.
  • Internal Linking Architect: Design and implement internal linking strategies to ensure search engines can crawl websites easily.
  • Backlink Strategist: Build a strong backlink profile to increase website authority and improve search engine rankings.
  • Competitive Intelligence Analyst: Use data-driven insights to craft SEO strategies that are competitive and aligned with industry trends.
  • Keyword Refiner: Identify high-potential keywords and ensure strategies align to maximize ranking.
  • Technical SEO Specialist: Identify and address technical SEO issues to improve overall website performance.
  • Structured Data Implementer: Implement structured data to enhance visibility in search results.
  • SEO Data Analyst: Leverage SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz to analyze data and optimize strategies that drive organic traffic.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, tailored to the needs of international clients.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms like WordPress, and knowledge of HTML/CSS.
    • A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends, SEO best practices, and algorithm updates.
  • Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
  • 50 Mbps internet speed for smooth remote work and efficient operations.
  • Available to work during EU and USA shifts.
  • Experience with Go High Level, Salesforce, or HubSpot CRMs—at least one must be on the CV.
