About the Role:


As a Key Account Manager (Client), you will be the primary point of contact for our key clients, ensuring smooth communication and excellent service delivery. You’ll be responsible for building long-term relationships, maintaining client satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Account Strategy & Growth: Identify opportunities to grow accounts, helping clients achieve their business goals and aligning strategies with internal teams.
  • Client Onboarding: Coordinate smooth onboarding for new clients and ensure a seamless transition into service delivery.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on account status, performance, and key metrics.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and other teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in client account management or business development.
  • Proven ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. A US accent is preferred for US and Canadian clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously..
  • 50 Mbps internet or higher to ensure smooth remote work.
  • Must be comfortable working EU and USA shifts.
