About the Role:

As a CRM & Automation Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our clients engage with their audience by leveraging the power of automation and AI tools.

  • CRM Management: Utilize tools such as Go High Level, Salesforce, or HubSpot to manage leads, implement lead scoring, and enhance client engagement workflows.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including emails, SMS, and landing pages, to drive client success and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows for lead nurturing, product listing, follow-ups, and improving client retention.
  • Integration & Troubleshooting: Ensure seamless integration of CRM tools with other platforms and address technical issues to maintain smooth operations.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze CRM data to identify trends, evaluate campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for process improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a US accent preferred for US and Canadian clients.
  • Proven experience as a GHL specialist, with a track record of successful funnel creation and campaign management.
    • Deep understanding of inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
    • A passion for staying up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • 50 Mbps internet or higher to ensure smooth remote work.
  • Must be comfortable working EU and USA shifts.
